About the dentist

My focus is restorative and cosmetic dentistry — veneers, crowns, implants and full-mouth rehabilitation. The cases I take on most often are the ones other people have put off: teeth worn flat by grinding, edges chipped away over decades, old restorations that have finally failed.
A lot of those patients arrive apologetic. They don't need to be. We start with a proper examination and photographs, and I show you exactly what I'm seeing on the screen before we discuss a single treatment.

What we do here
Every plan begins with a full examination and a written estimate. Nothing goes ahead until you know what it involves, what it costs, and what happens if you wait.
Veneers & Smile Design
Porcelain and composite veneers, bonding and reshaping. We mock the result up first, so you approve the smile before it is made.
Whitening
Supervised in-chair and take-home whitening. Gentler on enamel than over-the-counter kits, and several shades more effective.
Orthodontics
Clear aligners and fixed braces for crowding, gaps and bite problems. Most adult cases finish inside a year.
Implants
Single implants through to full-arch restoration, planned in three dimensions before any surgery takes place.
Root Canal Therapy
Modern rotary endodontics under magnification and rubber-dam isolation. Usually one appointment.
Children's Dentistry
First visits are a ride in the chair and a sticker. We build the habit long before we ever need to do the work.
Emergency Care
Pain, swelling, a broken tooth or a lost crown. Call before 11:00 AM and we will see you the same day.

Yes, and you're in good company — roughly a third of my patients say the same. We can begin with a consultation where nothing is done at all except talking. Longer appointments, agreed stop signals, and breaking treatment into smaller visits all help more than people expect.
How much will my treatment cost?
You'll get a written, itemised estimate after your examination, and it's fixed unless we find something the X-rays couldn't show — in which case we stop and talk to you first. Payment plans are available.
Do you accept insurance?
We work with most major providers and can submit pre-approval on your behalf. Bring your policy details to your first visit and we'll check coverage before treatment starts.
How long do veneers and implants last?
Porcelain veneers typically last 10–15 years, and well-maintained implants can last decades — the crown on top is usually what needs replacing first. Both depend heavily on hygiene, grinding habits and keeping up with reviews. I'd rather set that expectation now than oversell it.
Can I be seen the same day for pain?
We hold emergency slots every weekday. Call before 11:00 AM and we will almost always see you that day.
What should I bring to my first appointment?
A list of any medications you take, your insurance details if you have them, and any recent X-rays from a previous dentist. Allow about an hour.
